Shipping & Return Charges
If you receive a product that is damaged, expired, incorrect, or otherwise eligible for return or replacement under our Return & Refund Policy, Healthetc. will assist you with the applicable return or replacement process. Where the issue is attributable to Healthetc. or our fulfilment process, eligible return shipping costs will be handled by us.
If a return is requested for reasons not attributable to Healthetc., and the return is approved under our Return & Refund Policy, the customer may be responsible for the applicable return shipping charges.
Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable except where the return or refund is due to an error attributable to Healthetc., subject to applicable laws.
If any applicable return shipping or other charges are to be deducted from the refund amount, the customer will be informed during the return and refund process.
Approved refunds will be processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
